Celebrate Chinese New Year (the Year of the Snake, 4723) at Chinatown's colorful, festive Lunar New Year Parade! The parade features traditional lion dance teams, colorful floats, marching bands, groups and more. The parade will begin at 1:00pm at the intersection of 24th Street and Wentworth Avenue and travel north on Wentworth towards the viewing stand at Cermak and Wentworth. February 9, 1:00-3:00pm, FREE.
