Owners Cynthia and Phillipe invite you to savor the flavors of the culturally rich countries of Poland and Colombia. With appearances on Food Network, Cooking Channel, ABC, NBC, FOX, WGN, and many other publications, you'll see why Polombia will become your most memorable foodie experience and become the fabric of Chicago!
Raised in Colombian and Polish households, spouses Cynthia and Phillipe put a modern twist on an array of traditional dishes, infusing each with ingredients from both countries. At Polombia, you'll experience innovative new fusion -- like the famous Emparogi, Kiełbasa Perro, Paczki Hamburgesa, and Sal-CHI-papa.
Located in the West Loop, Polombia is near Skydeck at Willis Tower and downtown Chicago's many attractions. If you're attending a White Sox game at Rate Field, be sure to visit Polombia on the lower level, Section 152.

SUNSET SALSA ROOFTOP DANCE CLASS
Put your best dancing shoes on May 16th for a night of dancing and joy! This introductory Salsa class -- lead by Cynthia Orobio, co-owner of Polombia with husband Phillipe Sobon -- will show you the art of Salsa dancing and lead you through the proper steps to start dancing. The night includes some of Polombia's favorite Polish and Colombian small bites, and you'll enjoy the beautiful sunset from a West Loop rooftop overlooking downtown Chicago! The event is BYOB and an experience you do not want to miss!
